1. Geltungsbereich/Scope
Diese AGB gelten für alle Angebote von Soul Driven | Anne Maria Vetter: Workshops, Seminare, Kurse, Coaching (Einzel/Gruppen) und digitale Produkte. Retreats haben eigene AGB.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers by Soul Driven | Anne Maria Vetter: workshops, seminars, courses, coaching (individual/group), and digital products. Separate terms apply for retreats.
2. Anmeldung & Vertragsabschluss/Registration & Conclusion of Contract
Die Anmeldung erfolgt schriftlich oder online. Der Vertrag kommt durch die Anmeldebestätigung zustande. Das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht bleibt unberührt (siehe Punkt 6).
Registration is made in writing or online. The contract becomes effective upon confirmation. The legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected (see section 6).
3. Durchführung & Änderungen/ Implementation & Changes
Bei wichtigen Gründen (z. B. Krankheit, zu geringe Teilnehmerzahl) können Veranstaltungen verlegt oder abgesagt werden. Bereits gezahlte Gebühren werden erstattet. Weitere Ansprüche (z. B. Reisekosten) sind ausgeschlossen.
In case of valid reasons (e.g. illness, insufficient participants), events may be rescheduled or canceled. Fees already paid will be refunded. Further claims (e.g. travel expenses) are excluded.
4. Stornierungsbedingungen/Cancellation Policy
Kurse & Workshops:
– bis 14 Tage vor Beginn: kostenlos
– bis 7 Tage: 50 %
– danach/Nicht-Erscheinen: 100 %
Digitale Produkte:
Widerrufsrecht erlischt mit Nutzung (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
Einzelsitzungen:
Absage bis 48h vorher kostenlos, danach voller Betrag fällig.
Courses & Workshops:
– up to 14 days prior: free
– up to 7 days prior: 50 %
– later/no-show: 100 %
Digital Products:
Right of withdrawal expires once usage begins (per § 356 para. 5 BGB).
Individual Sessions:
Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance is free; otherwise full fee applies.
5. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen & Verantwortung/Participation Requirements & Responsibility
Voraussetzung: körperliche und geistige Gesundheit. Kein Ersatz für Therapie. Psychische Erkrankungen, Medikamenteneinnahme o. ä. müssen bei Anmeldung mitgeteilt werden. Soul Driven kann eine Teilnahme ablehnen.
Physical and mental health is required. This is not a substitute for therapy. Mental illness, medication, etc. must be disclosed upon registration. Soul Driven reserves the right to deny participation.
6. Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher/Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
14 Tage Widerrufsfrist ab Vertragsabschluss. Bereits erbrachte Leistungen müssen anteilig gezahlt werden.
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If services have already begun, a proportional fee is due.
7. Urheberrecht/Copyright
Alle Materialien (Audio, Video, Texte etc.) sind urheberrechtlich geschützt und dürfen nicht ohne schriftliche Genehmigung weitergegeben oder vervielfältigt werden.
All materials (audio, video, texts, etc.) are protected by copyright and may not be shared or reproduced without written permission.
8. Haftung/Liability
Keine Haftung für: gesundheitliche, seelische oder finanzielle Folgen der Teilnahme; falsche Angaben der Teilnehmenden; Inhalte externer Links/Plattformen. Teilnahme erfolgt eigenverantwortlich.
No liability for: health, emotional or financial consequences; incorrect participant statements; external links/platform content. Participation is at your own risk.
9. Datenschutz/Data Protection
Es gilt die DSGVO. Daten werden nur intern genutzt und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
The GDPR applies. Your data will be used internally and not shared with third parties.
10. Schlussbestimmungen/ Final Provisions
Unwirksame Klauseln berühren die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht. Gerichtsstand: Münster (soweit gesetzlich zulässig).

Terms and Conditions
for Coachings, Courses, Workshops, Seminars and other services by Soul Driven | Anne Maria Vetter
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all services offered by Soul Driven | Anne Maria Vetter, especially:
· Workshops, seminars and courses (hereafter “courses”),
· Individual and group coaching sessions as well as coaching programs (hereafter “coaching”),
· and all other services and digital products.
By registering, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions as binding.
Note: Separate terms and conditions apply to retreats. These will be provided to you upon registration for the respective retreat.
2. Registration & Conclusion of Contract
Registration takes place in writing or online via the website. The contract becomes effective upon confirmation by Soul Driven. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers remains unaffected (see section 6).
3. Execution & Changes
Soul Driven reserves the right to postpone or cancel events for important reasons (e.g. illness, insufficient number of participants). In such cases, any fees already paid will be fully refunded. Further claims (e.g. for travel, accommodation, etc.) are excluded.
4. Cancellation Policy
For courses, workshops and online offers:
· Cancellation up to 14 days before the start: free of charge
· Cancellation up to 7 days before the start: 50% of the participation fee
· Less than 7 days before the start or no-show: full fee is due
For multi-part courses, the first session is considered the start. Cancellation after the course has started is not possible. No (partial) refund will be issued.
For digital products (e.g. self-paced courses, downloads):
The right of withdrawal expires once use begins, in accordance with § 356 para. 5 BGB.
For individual coaching sessions:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. After that, the full fee will be charged.
5. Participation Requirements & Responsibility
Participation in courses or coaching requires physical and mental stability. The offerings are not a substitute for therapy. Individuals with psychiatric diagnoses, acute crises, under medication or in psychotherapeutic treatment are required to inform Soul Driven in writing before registering. Soul Driven reserves the right to refuse participation.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins upon conclusion of the contract. It is sufficient to send the written withdrawal within the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal:
Fees already paid will be refunded within 14 days. If the service has already begun during the withdrawal period, a proportional amount for the service rendered is due.

7. Copyright
All materials (audio, video, text, PDFs, etc.) are the intellectual property of Soul Driven. Distribution, duplication, or use by third parties is only permitted with written consent.
8. Liability
Soul Driven is not liable for:
· physical, emotional or financial consequences of participation,
· incorrect information provided by participants,
· content of external links or third-party digital platforms.
All services are used at your own risk.
9. Data Protection
The provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) apply. Your data will be used exclusively for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a legally valid one that comes closest to the intended economic purpose.
Jurisdiction is Münster, Germany, where legally permissible.
